Terms & Conditions for Customers

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of services provided by YoloDrive MOBILITY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "YoloDrive"). By accessing our website, mobile application, call center, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to use the Services. By using YoloDrive, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

YoloDrive is a technology platform that connects customers with professional drivers through a network of third-party driver partners.

YoloDrive does not provide transportation services and does not own or operate vehicles. Drivers are independent third-party service providers.

3. USER ACCOUNT

  • You must create an account to use certain features of the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • YoloDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. BOOKINGS & SERVICE REQUESTS

  • All bookings are subject to driver availability.
  • Estimated arrival times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
  • You agree to cooperate with the driver during service delivery.
  • Any misuse, abuse, or unsafe behavior may result in service cancellation.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Service charges will be displayed before confirmation of booking.
  • Prices may vary based on duration, distance, location, time, or service type.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • YoloDrive is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or gateways.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and nature of cancellation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • YoloDrive reserves the right to withhold refunds in case of misuse or policy violation.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree that you will not: - Misuse the Services - Harass, abuse, or threaten drivers or staff - Provide false information - Engage in unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent activity

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

8. DRIVER RELATIONSHIP

Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of YoloDrive. YoloDrive does not control driver behavior beyond platform guidelines.

Any disputes between you and the driver should be reported to YoloDrive for resolution.

9. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Services.
  • YoloDrive may monitor trips for safety and quality purposes.
  • Emergency support features, if provided, are for assistance only and not guaranteed protection.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, trademarks, software, and design elements of YoloDrive are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YoloDrive does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoloDrive shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Actions or omissions of drivers - Loss, injury, or damage during service usage

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold YoloDrive harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. TERMINATION

YoloDrive may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
